Registration Fees​

Inclusive of 22% VAT tax; see VAT exemption requirement below to reduce these rates

Payment

For online registration, we only accept credit card payments with Visa or Mastercard. For onsite registration, we only accept Cash (€EUR), Visa or Mastercard. Full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry to the Meeting. Checks will NOT be accepted. Payment must be received by each registration deadline in order to qualify for the deemed rate. If not received, your registration will be automatically changed to the next tier rate and a secondary invoice will be sent to you for the difference. VAT exemption: All those who have entered / enter their Company / University as invoice holder, whose registered office is located in a European or non-European country (except for the Italian Company / University) are entitled to obtain 22% tax deduction. Attention: it is mandatory to enter the Company / University tax number (TIN number for US (XX-XXXXXX), VAT number or the official one of your country) in order to obtain the 22% tax deduction.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations received by email at icpte2024@promoest.com on or before April 12, 2024 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a €100.00 administrative fee as per Committee policy.

Cancellations received after April 12, 2024 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable until May 1, 2024 by contacting us at icpte2024@promoest.com.

No refunds will be issued for non-attendance at the Symposium.

Letter of Invitation for International Attendees (from the United States)

An official letter of invitation to obtain a travel visa and authorization to attend IC-PTE 2024 will be issued ONLY after registration has been completed and full payment received by the Registration Team (IC-PTE Symposium Secretariat).

It is the delegate’s responsibility to determine his/her requirements for entry into EU / Italy.

U.S. citizens may enter Italy for up to 90 days for tourist or business purposes without a visa.
